Sendlane Setup

Send storefront activity and orders to Sendlane to power email and SMS automations.

What you'll need

Sendlane Custom Integration TokenRequired

Used for the Sendlane Beacon tracking script and custom events.

Sendlane API Key / TokenOptional

Used for server-side Order Placed and Refund events through the Sendlane API v2.

Step-by-step setup

  1. In Sendlane, copy your Custom Integration Token.
  2. For server-side orders and refunds, create an API key.
  3. In TrakIt, open Integrations > Sendlane, enter the values and save.
  4. Choose your events and save.

Events sent by default

These are pre-selected when you connect Sendlane. You can change them on the platform's page in TrakIt.
