Postscript Setup

Give Postscript the browsing and purchase signals it needs for SMS flows like browse and cart abandonment.

What you'll need

Postscript Store ID (Shop ID)Required

Your numerical Postscript Shop ID (for example 12345). Powers the onsite SDK.

Postscript Private API KeyOptional

Starts with psk_. Used for server-side order events through the Postscript API.

Step-by-step setup

  1. In Postscript, find your numerical Shop ID.
  2. For server-side order events, create a private API key (starts with psk_).
  3. In TrakIt, open Integrations > Postscript, enter the values and save.
  4. Choose your events and save.

Events sent by default

These are pre-selected when you connect Postscript. You can change them on the platform's page in TrakIt.
