Attentive Setup

Feed Attentive with your store's browsing, cart and purchase activity so your SMS and email journeys trigger on time.

What you'll need

Attentive Domain / SubdomainRequired

Found in the source URL of your Attentive tag (cdn.attn.tv/<brandname>/dtag.js) or your Attentive account settings.

Attentive API Key (Bearer Token)Required

Generated under Settings > Integrations > Create App in Attentive.

Sign-up Unit IDOptional

Only if you want to trigger a specific opt-in modal.

Step-by-step setup

  1. Find your Attentive domain in your Attentive tag URL or account settings.
  2. In Attentive, go to Settings > Integrations > Create App and copy the API key.
  3. In TrakIt, open Integrations > Attentive, enter the values and save.
  4. Choose your events and save.

Events sent by default

These are pre-selected when you connect Attentive. You can change them on the platform's page in TrakIt.
