Omnisend Setup

Send browsing, cart and purchase activity to Omnisend so your email and SMS automations have complete data.

What you'll need

Brand IDRequired

Your Omnisend brand identifier, from your Omnisend account.

API KeyRequired

An Omnisend API key, created in your Omnisend account settings.

Step-by-step setup

  1. In your Omnisend account, copy your Brand ID and create an API key.
  2. In TrakIt, open Integrations > Omnisend, paste both values and save.
  3. Choose your events and save.

Events sent by default

These are pre-selected when you connect Omnisend. You can change them on the platform's page in TrakIt.
