Twilio Segment Setup

Stream your Shopify storefront and order events into Segment and on to every tool in your stack.

What you'll need

Segment Write KeyRequired

Found under Segment > Connections > Sources > [your source] > Settings > API Keys.

Data Plane / RegionRequired

The data residency region of your Segment workspace.

Step-by-step setup

  1. In Segment, open your source and copy its Write Key.
  2. Check which region your workspace uses.
  3. In TrakIt, open Integrations > Twilio Segment, enter both and save.
  4. Choose your events and save.

Events sent by default

These are pre-selected when you connect Twilio Segment. You can change them on the platform's page in TrakIt.
